Our annual changes event has gone from face to face to purely online yet is still generating amazing feedback scores (our 23/24 changes event was attended by around 300 people and achieve an amazing 9.1/10). I do miss the face to face events (and the event goodies) but we are still getting the information out to people whilst saving travelling time and being better for the environment so we expect it to continue this way. That said, we are building up to a return to a face to face conference in Feb 2026 so watch this space...
