In 2013/14 we are continuing our approach of individually tailored training programmes (well as far as possible) but also having standard courses put on based on other feedback we receive. So option 1 is to tell us which course(s) and locations you are interested in and once we have 5 people interested in that same course/location we will contact you to agree the best date for you and to ask what particular areas you would like covered during the day - just the leave the rest up to us. Or option 2 (still on the same form below) simply request a space on the relevant course and location/date. Full day training events for NHS organisations cost £185+VAT (£225+VAT for London) whilst Half day events (excl lunch) cost £100+VAT (£125+VAT for London) and we cap the number of attendees for full day events at 15 to keep it as an interactive course as possible. Please note the Advanced course is £250/£300(London)+VAT as there are typically less attendees on the course. Alternatively courses can be arranged in-house (within 3 hours travel time) at a cost of £1100+VAT Outside of 3 hours door to door travel time we need to start discussing later start times/earlier finish times and additional travel costs. It is predominantly an acute service related day although there are elements that briefly touch on Ambulance PbR, Mental Health PbR and some Community PbR (e.g. Post-Discharge tariffs). It is a combination of theory with practical worked examples so suited to anyone involved in some aspect with PbR but most likely all grades up to Assistant Director of Finance type level.
